Unfulfilled & Unhappy?

Become a Next Level Father

You’ve found success in dentistry. So what. You’re overweight, disconnected from your wife and not present with your kids.

Join a brotherhood that finds meaning in the challenge of self-transformation.

Meet Richard Low, DMD

I fell asleep. I sunk into darkness and it almost pulled me and my family with it.

Don’t let the stress of dentistry, practice ownership and the weight of providing for your family turn you into a shell of your potential.

Together we will find your peak physical potential. You find strength and abs that you didn’t know you had. Your clothes won’t fit, sorry. Your wife may stop and stare at you in the shower and say, “Who are you!?!”

We do this together as a brotherhood, including working on ourselves as husbands and fathers. We lean into our relationship with God and a higher purpose. We create a higher standard for each other and steal each other’s excuses.

Spots are limited, we can’t fit everyone. But if you’ve resonated with any of this, follow that intuition that this is good. That you need something more, that you’re capable of more and you want to surround yourself with friends who will inspire you to find the Next Level. It’s time to Level Up.

Next Level Fathers Liberates Men From The Lies They Tell Themselves

Things We Tell Ourselves:

  • I'm not in control - I can't change who I am and can't be who I want to be.

  • I'm doing everything that I can - my shortcomings are all based on being too busy providing for my family.

  • I'm unworthy - unworthy of self-respect, my wife's admiration, my children's love, the respect of my co-workers and staff, etc...

  • I should be able to handle everything on my own - I don't need a coach, a community, a thriving marriage with a supportive wife. I should be good enough to handle it all, right?

These are all LIES!

Take the first step to liberate yourself

Lives Changed by Next Level Fathers

"I'm proud of where I'm at, I’m taking care of myself. That plays into a new energy to do the littlest things with enthusiasm for my family and my wife.

And she’s noticed, it's making a remarkable improvement. Before this call, I'm running around doing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, and making all the kids' beds. And my wife was like, ”What are you doing? I'll do some of this stuff.”

And I responded, “No, I got it.” And I'm happy to do it.

Whereas before I would have come upstairs, laid on one of the kids beds with the intention of making the bed. And then scrolled through Instagram for who knows how many minutes.

And I don't want to do that anymore.

I just want to do better and be better for my wife, my family and for myself."

"Waking up early this first week is great. I do feel a newfound energy even just showing up at the office.

My team's asking, “What is going on with you?”

“I feel great. I've already got a workout in, I've been reading, let's get this gig going!”

My brother's in town and he's helping me set up my squat rack last night. And he asks, “What do you do with this thing?” I was like, “Work out with me tomorrow.”

So he joined me for a workout this morning.

He asked, “What is your goal?!”

“ I'm gonna get a six pack, bro.”

And he's like, “Are you serious?”

“Hell yeah.”

And so now his wife tells him, “You should do what Dan is doing.”

And then my family was drinking beers and having a lot of food last night, and I just followed my macros. I didn't have anything to drink. And I kept thinking, “All right, I feel pretty good.”

It wasn't as hard as I thought it was gonna be in my mind."
